Tanya Barry has been leading People & Organisation for numerous core Siemens Businesses including Siemens Financial Services Ltd, since joining in 2022. 

Tanya is an experienced people business partner who loves to deliver people-centric solutions for businesses. She has applied her skills across a variety of industries such as global relocation, logistics, energy trading and, prior to her current role, utilities ,having been a Senior HR Business Partner in Thames Water. 

Tanya is especially passionate about strategic workforce transformation and has recently been leading a project to embed this within Siemens and its Sales Community.
