Vish is the Global Head of Strategic Workforce Planning at HSBC and specialises in designing/implementing global workforce strategies, informed by current workforce intelligence.  With a background in management consulting, Vish navigates the evolving workforce landscape, to identify emerging/declining skills, and seamlessly integrate them into multi-year planning.

With a focus on multi-year “Future-Fit Skills Strategies” Vish proactively reconfigures workforces whilst optimising costs and reskilling opportunities.  To overcome talent shortages, Vish believes in unleashing the potential of existing workforces via data-led reskilling initiatives and a relevant people strategy.
