Lucy Lewis

Lucy Lewis joined Lewis Silkin when she qualified and has spent over 20 years supporting clients with employment related solutions and strategy.

She advises on the full range of employment issues with a focus on legal and strategic advice on redundancies / restructuring; sensitive terminations and practical advice on the operation of TUPE. She has considerable experience of Employment Tribunal litigation having successfully defended a number of complicated discrimination cases and as well as advising on minimum wage compliance and audits.

Lucy is particularly interested in how to support clients prepare and adapt to the changing world of work and, as part of our Future of Work team, she hosts a podcast.

She runs their office in Cardiff, is a member of Lewis Silkin's DE&I Board and the firm's Values Partner. She sits on their Strategy Board with a responsibility for ensuring that DE&I and Responsible Business are at the heart of their strategy.
