Mark Hendy

Mark Hendy is Chief HR Officer at Siderise, a global manufacturer of passive fire and acoustic solutions. An accomplished C-Suite HR leader with over two decades of experience working with some of the UK’s largest businesses, Mark began his career as an HR Apprentice in the steel industry before taking on key roles across various industries, including mining, healthcare, aerospace, and construction products. His expertise spans employee relations, organisational development, mergers and acquisitions and organizational culture. Mark is a chartered fellow of the CIPD and was listed in the inaugural CIPD30 in 2025.
