Neil Dite

Neil Dite has 13 years' experience in advising employers on the full spectrum of UK employment law. Many of his clients are household names and sit within the technology and manufacturing sectors. He also acts for the number of financial services clients.

Neil has particular experience in advising on strategic change issues, business restructures and collective redundancies. As well as UK advice, his work often has an international dimension and he regularly manages cross-border projects for his clients, particularly across the EMEA region. Neil is also responsible for a number of international retainers which enable clients to access expert employment law advice in all of the countries in which they operate.

He has significant experience of defending UK Employment Tribunal litigation, including complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims. He lives and works in Cardiff, Wales and was recognised as a Rising Star for Employment: Wales by Legal 500 in 2024.
