Nicky Elford is the Global Head of Colleague Proposition and People Policy at Lloyds Banking Group, where she leads cultural transformation initiatives impacting 65,000 employees. She is recognised for streamlining 3,400 pages of legacy policy into clear, inclusive HR guidance delivered via a large language AI platform—an innovation that has saved approximately one million hours annually for the Group. Previously, she ran a consultancy supporting charities, local government, professional services, and other private sector organisations to build agile workforces. She is also the co-author of the Agile Mindset and has held a number of senior roles in financial services, driving people change, smart sourcing, and major partnerships, including London 2012 sponsorships.
