Oli Howard

Oli Howard is currently responsible for membership, product portfolio, engagement, communities and branches at the CIPD as Head of Membership. He has been with the organisation eight years in a variety of roles covering membership, strategy and communication. Prior to this he spent most of his career in internal and change communication roles - either as part of or working closely with people teams - including at the Civil Aviation Authority, Scope and Royal Mail. He also teaches internal communication at Masters level.
