Arti Kashyap-Aynsley is a global leader in Wellbeing and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), specializing in partnering with executives and boards to drive organization-wide culture transformation. With over 15 years of experience in the Professional Services sector, she began her career as a Chartered Accountant and gained extensive expertise across audit, tax, and advisory services, ultimately focusing on large-scale Finance Transformation programs as a Management Consultant.

Arti’s passion for fostering inclusive and supportive workplaces led her to shift her focus toward Wellbeing and DEI, where she has spearheaded initiatives to embed these priorities into organizational strategies. She has successfully designed and executed global programs that align wellbeing with equity, belonging, and broader ESG goals, creating measurable impact at both cultural and operational levels.

In her current role as Global Head of Wellbeing & Inclusion at Ocado Group, Arti drives cross-functional strategies that integrate wellbeing and DEI, empowering organizations to build environments where everyone can thrive.

Beyond her corporate work, Arti serves as an Advisor and Non-Executive Director to various organizations and is a certified life coach, offering her expertise to inspire individuals and leaders to champion positive change.
