Dr Chrissy Jones is the National Health and Wellbeing Interventions and Support Lead at NHS England, overseeing the development and implementation of large-scale wellbeing programs for healthcare staff. A Chartered Psychologist, with a PhD in Psychology, Chrissy has extensive experience in health and wellbeing, having led major national projects, including multimillion-pound contracts and coaching interventions. 

With a strong focus on creating supportive and inclusive environments, Chrissy is dedicated to enhancing staff wellbeing through innovative and evidence-based approaches, ensuring healthcare professionals are empowered to thrive both personally and professionally. Drawing from her extensive experience of coaching senior leaders, Chrissy provides strategies for improving work-life balance, navigating imposter syndrome and building meaningful connections at work.
