Dr Georges Petitjean

Medical Lead and Clinical Director, Inclusion Drugs and Alcohol Treatment Services

Dr Georges Petitjean is Medical Lead and Clinical Director at Inclusion Drugs and Alcohol Treatment Services, part of Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. With over twenty years of experience in addiction medicine, Georges has worked across a wide range of community and residential drug and alcohol treatment settings. 


He has a particular interest in the impact of addiction in the workplace and is a committed advocate for tackling the stigma and taboo that still surround substance use and addiction within organisational cultures.  Georges is passionate about improving access to safe, effective and evidence-based treatment or support. 


He is also committed to driving open, compassionate conversations about addiction, both clinically and within professional environments.
