Jill Pollard

Jill joined Marie Curie in September 2022 as Policy Lead in the People Team at Marie Curie, the leading end of life charity. Her role is to develop and lead on people policy, most recently developing new policies for Terminal Illness and Domestic Abuse.  

Her prior roles include working in Policy and HR Business Partnering roles in companies across Retail, Manufacturing and Hospitality, including working overseas in Dubai.  She gained her MA in Personnel & Development from Westminster University and BA (Hons) Organisational Studies and Human Resource Management from Lancaster University.
