Julie Caudle is Director of People and Performance for Tara Group, alongside a Trustee of the Noel Sweeney Foundation, the organisations charitable trust.
Starting her HR career with KPMG, she went on to spend 15 years with law firm Gowlings before working as a consultant to Cameron and then being invited to join the executive board.
A key part of Julie’s role is driving the health and wellbeing agenda for Tara Group, in addition to support the efforts of the wider construction industry.
