Martin Ingham

Martin is passionate about growing healthy, compassionate, and inclusive work experience cultures which support people to be their best and pass on great care to others. He is currently working at a national level at NHS England, leading change projects as part of the NHS Growing Occupational health and Wellbeing Together Strategy. With a MSc in Environmental Engineering, Martin has worked extensively in the private sector water industry before moving into the public health sector. The golden thread throughout has been his passion to engineer positive change which enriches the quality of people’s lives. He has successfully led many cultural change initiatives by utilising his extensive experience and skills in leadership and organisational development, leadership coaching, facilitation, and training.
