Rob Longmore

Rob joined Leek Building Society in September 2010 and has worked within numerous roles across the Branch Network, Mortgage and Risk teams prior to his current position as HR Director.

He has significant financial services experience, and holds responsibility for the Society’s people agenda. Rob is a key member of the Society’s Executive Committee, and also has responsibility for Marketing and Facilities. Rob’s breadth of experience across the Society uniquely positions him to support the development of our culture and staff engagement, which is at it’s highest ever level. 97% of staff are proud to work for the Society and 95% would recommend the Society as an employer to their friends and family.
