Rosie works with companies to build partnerships that save babies lives and makes pregnancy and birth safe – for everyone. She heads up Tommy’s award-winning Pregnancy and Parenting at Work workplace training and support programme, helping employers to retain female colleagues and increase loyalty by training managers and giving employers the resources and policies, they need to support employees through pregnancy, loss, and fertility treatment.
