Cylina Addai

Cylina Addai is a strategic HR professional with over a decade of experience across the Civil Service and wider public sector. She has specialised in talent acquisition and workforce planning, focusing on solutions that anticipate future workforce challenges. Her work centres on building strong, engaged talent pipelines and shaping internal mobility programmes that support both people and organisational goals.

She began her HR career after moving to the UK from the Netherlands, following an early career in the financial sector. Since then, she has become a firm advocate for growing future leaders from within and has led initiatives to strengthen retention, embed inclusion and create structured processes and programmes through which people can develop and thrive.

Beyond her day-to-day role, Cylina is an active mentor and advocate for equity in the workplace, committed to amplifying underrepresented voices and supporting the next generation of HR professionals. She is also a Chartered Fellow member of CIPD (FCIPD).
