He leads the design and delivery of Ocado’s global talent, leadership, and performance strategies - creating frameworks that enable people and business growth.

With a career spanning talent development, organisational performance, and leadership capability Dan focuses on shaping environments where individuals realise their potential and high performance can scale sustainably. His work blends principles from product development, behavioural science, and agile thinking to evolve how organisations grow, support, and enable their people.

Before joining Ocado, Dan held senior roles in learning, leadership, and organisational development in central, functional, and regional roles. He is passionate about connecting purpose, performance, and culture through evidence-based people practices and human-centered design.
