Halima Chowe

Halima Chowe is a Senior Programme Lead at NHS England with over a decade of experience across the NHS, specialising in talent management, leadership development, recruitment, and digital innovation.

Her work bridges digital innovation and people development, focusing on creating equitable pathways for growth and inclusion. She is the national programme lead for Talent Timebanking, a peer-to-peer reciprocal digital platform that applies timebanking and crowdsourcing principles to equalise access to mentoring, coaching, and career development across health and care.

Drawing on her academic background in Psychology and Anthropology, Halima approaches leadership through the lens of empathy, behaviour, and belonging. As a coach and facilitator, she is passionate about enabling people to see their potential and build confidence through compassionate and reflective dialogue.
