Burhan Ozyilmaz

Burhan is an HR and people‑analytics leader who specialises in turning employee voice into actionable insights and deliverable outcomes. Studied engineering, he began his career with Unilever Türkiye and built a breadth of HR experience across organisational effectiveness, reward, HR generalist and HR business partnering roles. His career has taken him across Türkiye, Dubai and the UK, giving him a truly multicultural lens on how organisations change, and people thrive.

Since October 2024, Burhan has focused on employee listening, moving beyond surveys to create listening systems that connect moments, metrics and meaning. He partners with leaders to frame the right questions, identify the few signals that matter, and translate insight into experiments, decisions and measurable impact. He has steered and supported multiple change projects, including hybrid working transformation and people data platform change initiatives, helping teams to balance performance with care, rebuild trust, and embed new ways of working.

Burhan is passionate about travelling and dedicates time to voluntarily coaching university students, helping the next generation navigate their career journeys.
