Dr Blessing Enakimio is a Chartered Change & Culture Consultant, international speaker and published author. She works with boards and C-suite leaders to bring structure to ambition, specialising in organisational development and design, post-M&A integration, succession planning and strategic facilitation across energy, finance and family enterprise.

As the creator of Structured Ambition and a leading voice on Transitional Leadership, Dr Blessing equips leaders to navigate the moments that matter most with clarity, culture and systems that sustain results. With a career spanning ten countries and two decades of enterprise and impact, she is recognised for translating complexity into clarity. Her proprietary frameworks, including the 5Ws Framework for Organisational Culture and the OD Health Checker, have helped organisations align culture, perform through change and grow sustainably.

Dr Blessing also serves as an Institute of Directors (IoD) Kent Ambassador, Business Champion for Creative Medway, and Member of the Arab Women’s Investors Union, reflecting her commitment to strengthening enterprise, leadership and global connections.
