Penny has over 25 years of experience across a range of sectors including Telecommunications, Media, Retail, Automotive, Health and Not for Profit as a Head of Organisation Design and Effectiveness. Penny has works with senior business and HR leaders, enabling client groups of up to 40,000 employees across multiple international markets. 

Penny is passionate about enabling organisations to develop and evolve whilst being true to their purpose and optimising their organisation culture. She does this through a human centric approach, connecting with people, and exploring new ways of working. 

Penny is experienced in all aspects of strategic, culture and operational people change at organisations such as Vodafone, Specsavers, Sky and Phoenix Group.
