Soraya Abdelmageed

Soraya Abdelmageed is a dedicated Change Management professional, currently leading as Head of Change Management at Asahi Europe & International. With a knack for guiding organizations through transformative journeys, Soraya works hand-in-hand with a diverse set of stakeholders in the organisation to build change competency.

For the past four years, Soraya has built a Center of Excellence (CoE) for change management from scratch, developing the framework, structure, and tools to help the organization manage change effectively.

Passionate about learning and growth, Soraya encourages her team to stay curious and proactive, especially in our fast-paced digital world. Her leadership style is all about inclusivity and building strong, supportive relationships across the organization.

Soraya’s strength lies in her ability to blend change management with effective communication and fostering a strong collaborative culture, ensuring everyone is on the same page and ready for the journey ahead. One of her proudest achievements is leading a Leadership Development event for the top 1200+ in the organisation, where she and her team created five bespoke modules on leading change, managing resistance, showing empathy in times of change, and believing in the change you are leading.
