Sue Noble

Sue Noble is owner and director of Noble Learning Ltd, a training and coaching organisation specialising in all things coaching, mentoring and emotionally intelligent leaders. She works with the private and public sectors supporting them through training in how to embed a coaching and change culture and providing executive 1-2-1 coaching for middle and senior leaders to help them manage change and uncertainty within their teams. Her work with organisations and individuals enables her to champion and encourage others to use coaching as a tool to support organisational change. Sue is qualified to Level 7 in executive coaching, has a diploma in coach supervision with Coaching Supervision Academy and is accredited with EMCC as a Senior Practitioner in both coaching and coach supervision. In September 2022, Coaching People through Organisational Change was published by Kogan Page. Sue co-authored this book to provide a practical guide for change practitioners and line managers. It is specifically designed to support those coaching employees through uncertain times in a new world of work which is in a constant state of flux.
