Dr. Susanne Gidda
OD Professionalisation and Capability Lead, Cabinet Office
Dr Susanne Søndergaard Gidda leads on Civil Service Organisation Development and Design capability as part of her current role in the Cabinet Office. She has a masters degree in occupational psychology, a PhD in organisational psychology and is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD. In addition to experience from working in a number of UK government departments, she has previously worked for Rolls-Royce as a knowledge management specialist leading on communities of practice and as a senior policy analyst with RAND Europe.
