Amandeep Hothi (she/her)

Amandeep is a Senior Inclusion and Diversity Consultant at Inclusive Employers, bringing with her over 20 years’ experience in L&D and organisational change. She is pragmatic and creative, with extensive expertise in identifying, developing & leading Inclusion & Diversity solutions. 

She has a wealth of experience working in the not-for-profit sector, successfully driving organisational change and developing innovative work with vulnerable, diverse and marginalised communities. She is passionate about creating fair and inclusive spaces.

Amandeep has a passion and commitment to learning and is currently pursuing her Professional Doctorate in ‘Advanced practice and research in organisational consultancy’ using a systems-psychodynamic framework. She has a keen interest in inclusive leadership, behavioural and systemic organisational change.
