Head of Colleague Experience , GoAhead
Claire Mahoney is Group Head of Colleague Experience at Go-Ahead Group, with a remit spanning colleague engagement, and equity, diversity and inclusion across our bus and rail companies.
She has worked within the Go-Ahead Group since 2007, having spent time in various HR roles at Southeastern Railway before taking her current role within the Group team.
Her role involves colleague engagement, developing tools and systems to enhance the working experience at Go-Ahead and supporting Go Ahead on its journey to create an environment of belonging for all its colleagues.
Prior to entering the transport industry, she worked in the adult social care sector, specifically advocating on behalf of adults with learning disabilities.
