Ed Thompson

Ed Thompson is the founder and CEO of Uptimize, the leading neuro inclusion training company, whose mission is to help organisations embrace and leverage every type of thinker. Born and raised in London and educated at the University of Oxford, Ed founded Uptimize in 2016, recognizing the urgent need for greater understanding and appreciation of neurodiversity within the working world.
