Kayla Thwaite (she/her)

Kayla joined Inclusive Employers in May 2023 following a decade-long career in Learning, Leadership and Management Development in the FMCG industry. She provided expert support, training and coaching on a range of core management and leadership skills including communication, coaching, employee engagement and stakeholder management. 

Kayla coached new and established leaders on their leadership style and personal impact. For the last couple of years, she focussed her work on Inclusion, facilitating Employee Resource Groups, hosting a podcast and establishing an Inclusive Leadership programme for senior management teams.

At Inclusive Employers, she’s part of the Professional Development Training team where she shares her insight into leadership, organisational culture, coaching and emotional intelligence in our Inclusion Qualification programmes.
