Ritika Wadhwa

Ritika was born and brought up in India in a patriarchal family, not permitted to work because of her gender! She went on to achieve an MBA from a university in the UK and broke all barriers as an immigrant to Canada and UK. Ritika has travelled extensively and has over 25 years of experience working at Board level with senior stakeholders - across 3 continents, within the public and private sector.

Ritika is on a mission to bring inclusion and innovation right to the heart of organisations. She believes that Cultural Intelligence is the one powerful capability which can help leaders and teams to do just that! Cultural Intelligence is the ability to relate and work effectively in culturally diverse situations. As CEO and Founder of Prabhaav Global, Ritika wants to use the transformational power of Cultural Intelligence combined with storytelling, for impactful leadership.
