She has a particular interest in the future world of work, and in how people and technology work best together.
Before joining the banking world in 2018, Aileen worked across a number of other industry sectors, including electronics, IT, drinks and pharmaceuticals, with roles stretching across UK and Europe. The common denominator has always been finding ways to connect people and business to add most value.
