Associate Head of Faculty for Leadership Development, CIPD

Andrew leads The Leadership Learning Team and serves as the CIPD’s Head of Faculty for Leadership Development.  He has a results-orientated focus on enhancing leadership capability, developing leadership teams, leading change, improving personal effectiveness and resilience, coaching (especially "manager as coach"), learning and talent development - all to impact performance in measurable ways.

He has vast experience of working with highly successful organisations around the world - both face-to-face and virtually.  His experience includes sectors such as Pharma and Healthcare, Oil & Gas, IT, Financial Services, Asset Management, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Engineering, Mining and Minerals, Legal, Energy, Telecommunications, Education, Civil Service and Defence.
