Anna Perera

I have worked in leadership roles in HR for various food retailers. The most recent was Sainsburys where I worked for 16 years before being made redundant and joining Collins Aerospace, Kilkeel {formerly B/E Aerospace} in 2013.

Collins Aerospace is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defence industry. The Kilkeel site employs over 800 people and is a leading manufacturer of aircraft seating.

I became the HR Director in 2015 and have been part of the leadership team through various challenges including 3 acquisitions and a redundancy following the impact of Covid on the aerospace industry. I have also led the fantastic, award winning HR team through a restructure of the corporate HR function and the introduction of a new operating model for HR.
