Claire Stewart

Claire has over 15 years experience within Learning and Development, mainly in the manufacturing and banking industries. She is currently head of Learning and development for Leprino Foods, leading a number of projects to embed a learning culture within the organisation. Ensuring people have clear developmental pathways that they feel empowered to follow is important to her. Seeing people progress and enjoy learning is what drives her. 

She has strong skills in designing, conducting, and implementing training and educational programmes. A Certified Professional in people development, skilled in delivering key points of information to a diverse group of people. A trainer who helps participants obtain the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in a fast-paced setting. She is an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner, delivers workshops to develop leaders, teams, manage change and build resilience and uses the methodology to coach.

Claire is currently on maternity leave and enjoying the challenge of seeing learning and development differently developing that tiny human and seeing him thrive. She looks forward to returning to the world of adult learning and development in the summer.
