With over 15 years of experience in HR practice and a master’s-level qualification in Human Resources Management, Claire combines deep sector knowledge with a passion for emerging technologies to help organisations evolve into agile, future-ready workplaces.

A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Claire is a trusted advisor to HR leaders across sectors. Her work focuses on re-engineering business processes, delivering strategic audits, and managing transformational projects that unlock the full potential of HR systems, technology and teams.
