Donal Laverty

Donal Laverty is a Consulting Partner at Baker Tilly and Chair of the Baker Tilly International People and Culture Group. Donal has over thirty years’ experience in designing and delivering major change initiatives in the public, corporate and charity sectors globally and across the UK and Ireland, with a particular focus on organisation re-structure and alignment of operating models. He was previously Head of Public Sector Consulting in UK, leading major transformation in health, education and central government with two years seconded into the Cabinet Office leading reform of public bodies. He has a particular focus on the future of work and how organisations adapt to a rapidly changing world. 

He was Chair of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in Northern Ireland from 2011 – 2015 and teaches HR and OD at two universities.
