Elaine Fugard

Elaine is a mum to three amazing legends, has a determination to love life 

and being outdoors is her happy place. She is currently Head of  People Development in Ulster University, responsible for envisioning and enabling a team to support the enhancement of leadership, learning culture, development, and performance across the organisation building a positive employee experience.  

She has enjoyed a varied portfolio career within HE, postgraduate medical and dental workforce settings and health and social care.  As well as leading schemes on an organisational scale Elaine also delivers 1:1 coaching as a coach practitioner and  NLP advanced practitioner. She has a strong passion for empowering leadership that is authentic, empathic and compassionate, believing that great leadership can be the difference that makes the difference to the employee experience.
