Helen Sullivan FCIPD

Helen Sullivan FCIPD, Chief People & Culture Officer, joined the Executive Committee in February 2026 and is responsible for the Human Resources, Health & Safety, Communications & Engagement and Learning & Culture teams within NIE Networks. Helen joined from PwC where she worked for over 25 years, most recently as Director and Global People Driver for the Deals business. She worked in PwC’s workforce consulting practice in the UK prior to this delivering projects for clients across the employee life cycle, core HR functions and tech transformation programmes.

Helen has a wealth of experience in strategic workforce planning, change management, culture and learning and performance management.
