With a breadth of experience in people focused business change, leading inclusion and diversity across UK and Global organisations, Jane is passionate about putting people at the heart and centre of the workplace. Within that she has worked across all sectors, including the people profession's global body in the CIPD Ireland team. As a result Jane understands the unique challenges organisations face in all things inclusion and diversity. Bringing that knowledge and experience to drive new ways of thinking about inclusion as a critical business tool, Jane’s focus also includes how we as the people profession can maximise the people experience through refreshed and creative organisational development.
