With over 10 years of working in HR within large, global companies, Kyla has hands on experience of a range of HR roles and has a passion about the importance of aligning HR strategy and the Organisations strategy.

In Kyla’s current role as HR Business Improvement Partner at Almac Group, she is responsible for developing and promoting a business improvement culture which facilitates the generation and implementation of improvement opportunities, to improve the overall effectiveness of the organisation and employee experience. Within this role Kyla has created and leads the Health and Wellbeing strategy across Almac Group.

Kyla’s belief on the impact a strong HR team and strategy can have on an organisation is also part of the reason why she is a CIPD Mentor. Being a mentor provides the opportunity to help unlock the potential of others, help them overcome challenges, help them thrive as an HR professional and ultimately lead to better workplace cultures.
