The Labour Relations Agency promotes good employment relations as a key contributor to productive workplaces and a healthy, thriving economy. The Agency provides free, impartial and confidential services to employers, employer bodies, employees and workers in Northern Ireland, as well as Trade Unions, HR and legal professionals.

These services include advice on good employment practice and the resolution of workplace disputes through conciliation, mediation, arbitration and independent appeals.
