Linda McMillan

Linda McMillan is the Chief People Officer for Fibrus Networks Ltd, building a fibre broadband network in rural and underserved communities in Northern Ireland and the North of England.

Linda has over 30 years’ experience as a senior executive at strategic, board and C-Suite level, working across multiple sectors ranging from engineering & manufacturing, airport and facilities management to mental health & social care. She has worked in both local and global organisations, spending time in Europe, the USA and South America.

With a passionate interest in advancing equality in the workplace and promoting a more diverse workforce as an enabler for better business results, Linda has served as a part-time panel member on Fair Employment & Industrial tribunals for over 20 years and has been recognised for her work through awards from Women in Business, and the CIPD.

She is a past CIPD NI HR Director of the Year, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds a Master Degree in Human Resource Management.

Linda is also a member of the Institute of Directors, a Non-Executive Director for a EV network company, and an Ambassador for Women in Business.
