Lisa Morgan

Lisa Morgan leads the Organisational Development and Transformation Programme (ODT) in the NICS Department for the Economy. Business strategy is at the core of the ODT programme – changes and interventions are co-designed with stakeholders and employees with the aim of supporting the organisation to work more effectively and efficiently in support of economic growth in Northern Ireland. The ODT team was awarded Best HR/L&D and OD team in the UK (Public Sector) at the CIPD People Management Awards 2023. Lisa has been leading this change management programme for the last 3 years and prior to this she worked in a range of HR roles in the Northern Ireland Civil Service.
