Michele Hanley

Michele is currently the Group HR Director with Energia Group with responsibility for the implementation of the People Strategy for the Group. Energia Group is a modern customer-centric utility focusing on renewable technology currently employing over 1000 people across the Island of Ireland. To date Energia has invested over €1 billion in the energy market across the island of Ireland. Focusing on our core segments: Renewables, Flexible Generation and Customer Solutions, and we are recognised as a key player within the energy industry and one of Ireland’s Top 50 businesses.
