Nicola Chairs the CIPD NI Branch and is Head of Workforce Planning for the Department for Infrastructure NI.
Holding a Masters in Human Resource Management and as a Chartered Fellow (FCIPD) since 2017, Nicola is passionate about the HR profession and people development as an enabler for greater potential and capability of people at work. Nicola holds a teaching qualification and is a part-time lecturer, delivering CIPD qualifications and sharing her HR experience and knowledge of the people profession.
Nicola is an advocate for community empowerment and has held Board positions with a number of voluntary organisations for over 10 years and is currently on the Board of a local Housing Association and is also the Lead Regional Ambassador in Northern Ireland for Engage for Success.
