Patricia Coulter

Patricia Coulter is the Knowledge Manager in the Labour Relations Agency. She started her career in Human Resources Management, in the Shipbuilding and Railway Industries. She has worked in the Labour Relations Agency for over 30 years with extensive experience in advising on Employment Law matters and in delivering training on a wide variety of employment related topics. During her time in the Labour Relations Agency Patricia has also managed the Conciliation Service, including overseeing the introduction of Early conciliation, has delivered collective conciliation, mediation and facilitation services.
