With a robust background in the retail sector, including renowned household brands, and recent experience in the dynamic tech industry, I bring a diverse perspective to my work.

I actively support the HR profession through my volunteer work with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), where I proudly hold Chartered Fellowship. As the Vice-Chair, I have the privilege of facilitating branch events in Northern Ireland and shaping the local strategy to meet the needs of our membership. This role provides invaluable opportunities for learning from talented HR professionals, researchers, and public bodies, while also expanding my network and influencing the profession's growth.
