Sinéad McNicholl

Sinead is the Group Director of People, Development & Compliance at Irelands largest mental health, addiction and intellectual disability charity and social enterprise Inspire. Sinead joined Inspire following a successful twenty five year career leading on people and development in the private sector and local government. At Inspire Sinéad has responsibility for the strategic development and operational management of the human resources, organisational development, quality and risk management department ensuring that services are delivered to the highest quality to meet the needs of Inspires regulators, commissioners and the people who use their many services. 

Sinead has a particular passion for leadership and organisational culture promoting a coaching approach to management across the organisation and activities to ensure that staff are engaged and feel supported and involved.  Sinéad is a Charter Member of Personal and Development.
