Steve Lazars is the Founder & Director of EMEEN – Ethnic Minority Employment, Entrepreneurship & Business Support Network, Northern Ireland's largest national network dedicated to enhancing the participation of ethnic minorities in Northern Ireland’s economy. An interdisciplinary, Steve has worked across the civil, corporate, community, charity, and sports sectors, engaging with over 40 different departments across nine countries. He is also the founder of the NI Ethnic Minority Employment & Careers Conference, which promotes meaningful career opportunities and economic contributions. With extensive expertise in employment, entrepreneurship, and business support, Steve collaborates with key stakeholders to drive inclusive workforce development and sustainable economic growth.
