As the Engagement and Partnership Leader for CIPD in Northern Ireland, I have dedicated my career to strengthening the people profession and fostering meaningful connections across the region. Through strategic partnerships with organizations across Ireland, I have worked to enhance HR capability, ensuring that professionals have access to the latest CIPD research, insights, and learning solutions.

My passion lies in building strong HR networks that empower professionals to grow, collaborate, and drive positive change. In my current role, Northern Ireland is where I focus in supporting CIPD members, creating spaces where they feel heard, valued, and part of a thriving professional community. By championing engagement initiatives and facilitating opportunities for knowledge-sharing and policy development, I help shape the regional HR landscape, making it more inclusive, innovative, and future-focused.
