Yvonne Cooke is the Executive Director of People & Development in An Garda Síochána.
Yvonne as an occupational psychologist has a passion for individual, organisational and societal reform and has worked internationally across the public, private and not for profit sector.
Up until September 2021 Yvonne worked as Head of Human Resources in the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
Yvonne is a CIPD Graduate Member, Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and has an MSc in Occupational Psychology and BSc in Psychology through Queens University in Belfast.
